Mailloop 7.0 - How to use single Autoresponders
Single autoresponders
To create a single autoresponder, you simply write a message that Mailloop will send, then create a mail rule that configures Mailloop to search for certain conditions in incoming mail. When incoming mail meets the conditions you specify, Mailloop will automatically send the message you have designated.
You can use Mailloop's mail filters and autoresponders to take full advantage of these addresses by creating automatic responses to incoming mail.
Here are just a few ideas for ways to use custom addresses:
- subscribe@yourdomain.com: If you have a newsletter, set up Mailloop to automatically subscribe everyone who sends a message to this address.
- unsubscribe@yourdomain.com: Set up Mailloop to automatically remove people from your mailing list when they send a message to this address.
- faq@yourdomain.com: Write a set of frequently asked questions about your company, then set up Mailloop to automatically send it to anyone who sends a message to this address.
- customer@yourdomain.com - Write specific messages to respond to common customer services enquiries, and set up the Mailloop autoresponder to send the right reply to each individual query automatically.
There are infinite ways to use Mailloop's powerful automation tools in conjunction with the email accounts you create -- the only limit is your imagination.
