By adding a contact to Mailloop 7.0 's Master Exclude List, you excludes that contact from all of your outgoing mailings.
You don't have to create the Master Exclude List; it already exists as an empty default list in Mailloop 7.0. Simply add contacts to it or remove contacts from it as you wish.
When you send a mailing, Mailloop 7.0 automatically checks the contacts on the current list against those on the Master Exclude List. If a contact appears in the Master Exclude List, that contact will not receive the mailing.
In addition, the contacts in a list can be excluded from a mailing.
For example, if some of your contacts have purchased a product or services from you, then you can use the 'Query' feature to create a new list of customers who have bought the product or service.
When you send out a new offer to customers for that product or service, the customers in the list who have already purchased can be excluded from the new offer mailing.
